CBA Lectures: Serious Fraud, Investigation and Trial

The CBA has arranged three talks over the next few weeks involving members of 6KBW College Hill who co-author, with members of Kingsley Napley, ‘Serious Fraud, Investigation and Trial’, 5th edition published by Lexis Nexis.  This series will update the membership on developments in relation to fraud offences, particularly over the course of the last year or so.
