This email is being used for two main purposes:
- For Queries relating to the No Returns Guidance taking effect from 11th April and;
- To obtain grass-root evidence / problems experienced at court, including:
- Heating / Air conditioning – cold or overheated courtrooms
- Broken / Crumbling Buildings – ceilings/floors/masonry
- Basic Hygiene – toilet functioning, soap, female health, safe communal areas
- Covid: extra surface cleaning
- Robing rooms – Ventilation / cramped
- Custody suites. Ventilation / cramped
- Access to Amenities including client meeting areas
- Listings
- CVP Contradictions
Whilst all problems may not be dealt with immediately, any evidence you are able to provide us on the day it occurs, would assist in our discussions with government and the senior judiciary.
