Amending the Advocates’ Graduated Fee Scheme
The Ministry of Justice has launched its consultation “Amending the Advocates’ Graduated Fee Scheme” to indicate how it intends to distribute the funds allocated for the AGFS scheme.

We encourage you all to read the consultation document and impact assessment and respond to the consultation which closes on 28th September 2018. We will be in touch again once we have considered these documents and will deal with the issues arising in the next Monday message on 3rd September 2018.
