I have heard from two Heads of Chambers who wish to make clear as follows:  Their clerks were approached to see if they would be prepared to accept declassified VHCC cases.  They have made it quite clear that they will not. They were concerned that there maybe rumour to the contrary.

Of course at the same time, as stated throughout, what individual members do in relation to all of this action, is a matter for them.
