CBA Interim Response to the Call for Evidence from the Independent Review of Criminal Legal Aid Panel – 07.05.21

We submitted, today, an interim response to the Independent Criminal Legal Aid Review.

Please would Heads of Chambers and members of the Criminal Bar provide your own response, if you have not already done so, endorsing our document.

The deadline for submissions in relation to the Call for Evidence is today but we have negotiated an extension of a period of weeks. I will update you further as to the length of that extension on Monday.
