HMPPS Incentives Policy Framework and Prisoners Property – 11.09.23

PECS have issued a guidance note to the custody contractors.

It was developed in consultation with the London RJs but applies across England & Wales.

Whilst London RJs have been consulted it remains, of course, a PECS document.
