Implementation of the MoJ Deal

The day after the result of the ballot a new Statutory Instrument was laid, applying 15% uplift to the current AGFS 11/ accelerated asks, which is post 17th September 2020.

Further Statutory Instruments will be laid to apply the uplift to the 8 older AGFS and LGFS, which have different structures.

We will keep the membership informed as the terms of the deal continue to be implemented.
