Important Announcement – Re: Two-Tier

The CBA welcomes the government’s decision to postpone implementation of the “two tier” duty provider contracts until April 1st 2016, while the many legal challenges brought by aggrieved firms of solicitors are addressed. 

It appears that the offered extension of the current arrangements means the public will have a functioning system for the provision of duty advice during this period.
