Wasted Costs Hearing – 24.06.14

The CBA is enormously grateful to Kerim Fuad QC and Richard Bentwood who attended pro bono at Romford Magistrate’s Court this morning and secured the dismissal of an application for a wasted costs order issued against a solicitor arising from the day of action on the 7th March.

The DJ observed that the solicitor left court without a stain on his character or any suggestion he had done wrong.
